RICHMOND (March 31, 2015) – Mike Lowry, senior vice president and Keith Wells, managing director, of NorthMarq Capital’s Richmond based regional office arranged a permanent loan for a Country Inn & Suites located at 1801 Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The 114 guest room hotel, consisting of eight stories, was built in 1983. It was converted in 2010 from a Howard Johnson’s to Country Inn & Suites.
