LAWRENCE, Kan. — Northmarq’s Kansas City Investment Sales team, led by Jeff Lamott, brokered the sale of Country Club on 6th, a 254-unit multifamily property located at 2512 W. Sixth St. in Lawrence, Kansas.
Northmarq represented the seller, Country Club on 6th LLC.
Country Club on 6th offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units featuring in-unit laundry, central air conditioning and a 24-hour maintenance service.
The community also offers amenities such as a basketball court, tennis court, swimming pool and nature trail.
