PHOENIX (December 3, 2018) – James DuMars, senior vice president/managing director and Griffin Martin, senior producer of NorthMarq’s Phoenix regional office arranged acquisition financing of $8,584,000 for Copperhill Apartments, a 160-unit multifamily property located at 7951 East Stella Road in Tucson, Arizona. The permanent-fixed loan was structured with a 10-year term with 3-years of interest only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller/servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
The property is located just east of the intersection of Pantaono and Stella Roads, making it tucked away enough to avoid busy traffic, while being close enough to many points of interest in east Tucson.
