NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office arranges $2.7 million refinance of Cedargate Apartments in Bowling Green, Kentucky

CINCINNATI (November 2, 2016) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati-based regional office arranged the $2.7 million refinance of Cedargate Apartments, a 118-unit multifamily property located at 2701 North Mill Avenue in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
