(Oct. 31, 2024) — Keith Wells and Win Martin of Northmarq’s Richmond Debt + Equity team successfully arranged the $10 million refinance of Camden Plaza, a 51-unit multifamily property at 222 14th Street NW #230 in Charlottesville, Virginia. Built in 2004, the four-building property was refinanced through Northmarq’s status as a Freddie Mac Optigo lender. The permanent, fixed-rate loan was structured with a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule.
