RICHMOND (May 12, 2015) – Keith Wells, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Richmond based regional office arranged permanent financing of $11.55 million for Camden Plaza, a student housing property located at 222-230 14th Street Northwest in Charlottesville, Virginia. The property consists of four buildings with a total of 51 residential units and offers student housing for the University of Virginia, the premier post-secondary public institution in Virginia with a total undergraduate enrollment of 22,000 students.
