NorthMarq’s Cincinnati office arranges $2 million refinance of Best Buy location in Elizabethtown, Kentucky

CINCINNATI, OHIO (August 6, 2019) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Cincinnati-based regional office, secured the $2 million refinance of a 20,000 sq. ft. Best Buy property located at 2050 North Dixie Highway in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The permanent-fixed loan was structured with a 10-year term on a 15-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
