Northmarq brokers $1.35 million sale of San Diego multifamily property
SAN DIEGO (July 11, 2023) — Northmarq’s Benn Vogelsang, senior vice president, arranged the $1.35 million sale of a six-unit apartment building located at 4069-4075 N 38th St. Vogelsang represented the seller, Buena Vista Villas. The buyer was WSC Investment Partners LLC.
“This transaction shows how a vintage property in an improving neighborhood has strong upside,” said Vogelsang.
Recently remodeled with new pitched roofs, stucco, windows and interiors, the six-unit multifamily property offers one- and two-bedroom units with large private yards. The garden-style apartment community was built in 1929 and is situated in the corridor between Interstate 15 and Interstate 405.
