Benn Vogelsang

Benn Vogelsang is the senior vice president of Investment Sales in Northmarq’s San Diego office. Benn has established himself as one of the region’s top producing multifamily brokers, bringing more than 16 years of industry experience working with local private investors and national institutional groups alike.

Prior to Northmarq, Benn built an extensive network of buyers and sellers, and successfully closed in excess of 400 transactions, nearing $1 billion in value.

Benn is a native of California and graduated from the Honors Program from the University of Washington in Seattle, double majoring in international political economy and political science. In college he started for four years on the Huskies men’s lacrosse team and was the vice president of his fraternity, Delta Upsilon. From 2007-2009, Benn owned and managed a franchise with College Pro Painters where he operated one of the most successful franchises in North America with regard to sales produced and customer satisfaction. Benn was Rookie of the Year followed by 10 years as the firm’s Top Producer at his previous company. Benn was also designated as one of the National 30 Under 30 by REALTOR Magazine in 2016.
