SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA (December 12, 2022) – Benn Vogelsang of Northmarq’s San Diego investment sales team arranged the $3.65 million sale of 2731 A Street. The 9-unit multifamily property was built in 1992 and is located within the Golden Hill submarket. The property was purchased from Sunday Trust of Corona, the buyer is A Street Community, LLC.
“This is a rare 1990s construction asset with a strong unit mix and ample parking,” said Vogelsang.
