VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Keith Wells, managing director, and Win Martin, associate of Northmarq’s Richmond Debt + Equity office, arranged a $6.8 million refinance for a 100,000- square-foot industrial property located at 1569 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The permanent fixed-rate loan features a 5-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. Northmarq secured the financing through a Life Company lender.
