Zach Pool

Zach Pool is a vice president in Northmarq's Tulsa office, where he specializes in single-tenant industrial, office, and retail transactions. He has developed particular expertise in zero cash flow and sale leaseback structured transactions — sophisticated financing strategies that require knowledge of both real estate fundamentals and capital markets.

Zach represents a diverse client base of private and institutional investors, advising on transactions ranging from $1 million to over $100 million. Over the course of his career, he has personally closed more than $1 billion in transaction volume, contributing to a broader team total exceeding $14 billion — a track record that reflects his transactional expertise and his ability to build lasting client relationships in a competitive investment sales environment.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Zach served as a director at Stan Johnson Company, a national leader in net lease investment sales. Before that, he began his career as a commercial banker at Bank of Oklahoma, gaining foundational experience in credit, underwriting, and financial analysis that continues to inform his approach to structuring complex transactions today. Zach holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and finance from Oklahoma State University.
