About Rocco

Rocco Driscoll serves as associate vice president on Northmarq's Investment Sales platform where he specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of single-tenant net lease industrial, retail, office, and specialty asset transactions. He represents a diverse client base that includes private investors, family offices, developers, partnerships, and institutional owners across the country. Rocco brings deep analytical expertise in capital structures, 1031 exchange dynamics, and sale-leaseback underwriting, enabling him to deliver comprehensive capital markets guidance throughout every stage of the transaction process.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Rocco served as vice president, investments at Surmount (formerly NNN Pro Group) in New York City, where he advised clients on single-tenant net lease investment sales throughout the Midwest and nationally. He began his real estate career at Stan Johnson Company, supporting one of the industry's leading net lease brokerage teams as a senior investment analyst. In that role, he sharpened his expertise in financial analysis, asset valuation, and market research across single-tenant industrial, office, and retail assets. Over the course of his career, Rocco has been involved in more than $550 million in net lease transaction volume, including multi-property portfolio dispositions and sale-leaseback assignments.

His professional foundation traces back to a role as a financial advisor at StockCross Financial Services in Los Angeles, where he earned his Series 7, Series 66, and insurance licenses and counseled clients in a fiduciary capacity on portfolio diversification. That grounding in capital markets and fiduciary advising continues to inform the disciplined, client-first approach he brings to every net lease assignment.

Rocco is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.
