William Rhett

William Rhett is a vice president and producer in Northmarq’s Nashville office, where he joined in early 2023. William specializes in arranging debt and equity financing solutions across multifamily, industrial, and retail properties throughout the Southeast. He has experience securing financing from a wide range of capital sources, including Fannie/Freddie, Life Insurance companies, Debt Funds, Banks, and CMBS executions, allowing him to structure customized capital solutions for each client’s investment strategy and business objectives.

Prior to joining Northmarq, William served as a commercial portfolio manager at FirstBank in Nashville, Tennessee, where he gained extensive experience in underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio management. The combination of his lending background, capital markets expertise, and client-focused approach enables him to guide borrowers through every stage of the financing process with strategic insight and execution certainty.

A Birmingham native, William graduated from The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
