Tyler Shee

Tyler Shee is an associate broker on Northmarq’s Investment Sales team based in Charlotte. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of auto and industrial net-leased assets. Alongside Team Goli, he works to support market analysis, financial underwriting, and transaction execution throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Tyler worked as a brokerage intern at Cushman & Wakefield where he participated in active transactions, gained exposure to the full deal cycle and decision factors that drive industrial requirements. There he also built automation and reporting systems and supported business development and deal execution through prospecting, property tours and client meetings. 

Tyler is a sixth generation Florida native, graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science double major in both real estate and marketing. He is a member of NAIOP’s Charlotte and Northeast Florida Chapter.
