Jared Heymann

Jared Heymann is an associate broker on Northmarq’s Commercial Investments Sales team based in our Atlanta office. Jared utilizes his analytical and data-driven approach to help clients evaluate opportunities, enhance property value and navigate the commercial real estate sales process. Jared is part of The AP Group, a top-performing team that has evaluated more than $1 billion in assets across 20 states and facilitated property sales exceeding $250 million. The AP Group has delivered these results for a wide range of clients including REITs, private equity firms, developers, family offices and 1031 exchange investors.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Jared worked at FKGB an accounting firm based out of London, England, where he supported accounting and financial reporting work, gaining hands on experience with financial documentation and analysis that enhanced his attention to detail and analytical skill set. Additionally, he has worked for Diamond National Realty as an assistant property manager, gaining hands-on experience with property operations, tenant relations and performance oversight.

Jared is involved with The Outward Bound Trust, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young people develop confidence, resilience and leadership throughout outdoor education programs.
