Mike Antonacci

Michael Antonacci is a vice president on Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team in Los Angeles, specializing in sourcing and structuring debt financing solutions for a diverse range of commercial real estate assets, including hospitality, multifamily, and specialty sectors such as manufactured housing and RV communities. He partners with developers and investors to execute complex debt placements, leveraging his expertise in underwriting and capital markets to deliver efficient and competitive financing outcomes.

Before joining Northmarq, Michael was part of Newmark’s Debt and Structured Finance team, where he contributed to business development, strategic partnerships, and capital markets initiatives. He also worked with Romulan Capital in acquisitions and asset management, focusing on sourcing distressed assets, underwriting, portfolio analysis, and investor relations.

Michael serves on the Executive Council of Bruin Professionals and is an active member of UCLA’s Real Estate Alumni Group and the Greater Los Angeles Realtors Association (GLAR). He also volunteers as a youth soccer coach with Immaculate Heart Middle School and the AYSO organization in Los Angeles.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, is a licensed real estate salesperson in California, and has completed advanced training in private equity, underwriting, and capital markets.
