Michael Salzman

Michael Salzman is a managing director in Northmarq’s Denver office, specializing in debt and equity placement for commercial real estate. He advises clients on complex capital solutions and arranges financing through a diverse range of capital sources, including life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS lenders, debt funds, banks, and credit unions.

Michael brings deep capital markets experience and has arranged more than $3 billion in financing across all major property types. He also has significant expertise financing retail assets nationwide and is a member of Northmarq’s National Shopping Center specialty group.

Michael earned his B.A. in business administration from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.
