Kenny Clarke

Kenny Clarke is a senior associate with Northmarq’s Investment Sales team based in Denver. He advises clients on middle-market multifamily investments throughout Colorado. Known for his market intelligence and his thoughtful approach to each assignment, Kenny is highly organized, communicates clearly, negotiates effectively, and delivers consistent outcomes for his clients.

Kenny started his investment sales career at a Denver-based boutique commercial real estate firm in June 2020. Kenny was an integral part of a team that completed over $250 million in investment sales across multifamily and retail properties during his time there. Before investment sales, Kenny was a strategist at a Denver-based architecture and planning firm, assisting in the creative expansion of the firm. He also has a variety of general sales and marketing experience.

Kenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Montclair State University. He also holds his commercial real estate certificate from Cornell University.
