Jake Waxter

Jake Waxter is a senior associate on Northmarq’s Investment Sales team based in Denver, Colorado, focused on private client investment sales across the Colorado market. His approach to brokerage is rooted in a wealth advisor mindset, emphasizing long term strategy and wealth preservation. Jake works primarily with private clients, providing expert market knowledge and strategic guidance on acquisitions and dispositions, always focused on the ultimate outcome. His goal is to earn trust through direct, honest advice and build long term relationships that extend well beyond a single transaction.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Jake worked at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors as a multifamily investment sales broker on the office’s highest producing team, contributing to over $400 million in closed transaction volume. He began his commercial real estate career with JLL in Washington, D.C., where he developed a strong foundation in investment sales.

Jake earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in global commerce from Denison University, where he also played lacrosse. He was named the 2023 DMCAR Multifamily Emerging Broker of the Year. Since moving to Colorado, he spends his free time golfing, skiing, and enjoying the many activities Colorado has to offer.
