Johnny Kearns

Johnny Kearns is an associate broker on Northmarq's Investment Sales team based in its Cincinnati office. In this role, he supports his lead broker while actively developing his sales expertise and pursuing his brokerage license. Johnny specializes in working with highly motivated investors seeking to buy or sell shopping centers, with a focus on identifying new investment opportunities and delivering results through strong client relationships.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Johnny gained foundational professional experience through summer internships with Calvary Industries and 330 Capital. At Calvary Industries, he collaborated with sales representatives across the country to generate leads and coordinate cold calling efforts aimed at securing prospective client meetings. During his time at 330 Capital, he managed outbound communications through email campaigns and cold calling, working closely with brokers to connect clients seeking financing solutions with appropriate lending institutions. These early experiences sharpened his communication, business development and relationship-building skills — a strong foundation for his work in commercial real estate.

Johnny earned his bachelor's degree in real estate from Miami University.
