Jacob Hudson
Jacob Hudson is an associate on Northmarq's Investment Sales team based in the Cincinnati office. He focuses on multi-tenant (MT) investment properties, with a primary emphasis on shopping centers and Walmart shadow-anchored retail centers. Jacob brings a well-rounded skill set to the role, combining analytical proficiency in Excel with strong capabilities in sales and marketing — tools he has refined across multiple professional experiences.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Jacob served as a real estate intern at altafiber, where he spent three years developing a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate through hands-on property management responsibilities. During his tenure there, he also designed and built an AI-powered utility bill management platform, demonstrating both his technical aptitude and his drive to find innovative solutions within the industry.
Alongside his professional development, Jacob has operated his own lawn care and landscaping business since 2018. In that role, he has grown the company into the most trusted and in-demand service in his local community, managing hiring, marketing, sales and loan financing — experience that has sharpened his entrepreneurial instincts and business acumen.
Jacob is a former member of a Commercial Real Estate Association, where he actively participated in industry activities and roundtables during his academic career. He looks forward to reengaging with the association as he establishes his presence in the commercial real estate market.
Jacob graduated from the University of Cincinnati with bachelor's degrees in real estate and finance.
