Jason McFadden

Jason McFadden is a senior vice president on Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team based in Washington, D.C. He is responsible for sourcing comprehensive equity and debt financing solutions across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide.

Jason specializes in assisting developers, owners, and operators with their financing needs, including ground-up development capitalization, bridge financing, recapitalizations, and permanent financings. Throughout Jason’s career, he has worked with many of the largest developers and owners in the country and has extensive experience with a wide range of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, pension funds, credit funds, banks, mortgage REITs, family offices, and other capital sources. In the past seven years alone, he has played a significant role in closing over $4.9 billion of debt and equity financings.

Jason previously spent over 12 years at Walker & Dunlop where he was responsible for sourcing equity and debt financing solutions for real estate owners and developers nationwide. He was most recently a senior director on the Debt & Equity Structured Finance team at Walker & Dunlop’s headquarters office in Bethesda, Maryland.

Jason received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
