Chris Mills

Chris Mills is an associate vice president for Northmarq’s Louisville office, focusing on sourcing and evaluating the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. Prior to real estate, Chris had a professional career as a financial analyst, which specialized his approach to valuation and the successful disposition of multifamily real estate. Within his first year of becoming a broker, Chris worked with his clients to close on over $24 million of real estate. He has gone on to gain several more years of experience and continued success.

Before Northmarq, Chris was with Triad Real Estate Partners, where he helped launch and run the Louisville office. He successfully closed deals totaling over $150 million in his career. Beyond Northmarq, Chris was a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in finance.
