Cray Collett

Cray Collett is an associate broker with Greg Laughton’s Commercial Investment Sales team in Northmarq’s Charlotte, North Carolina office. Cray advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail properties nationwide, with an emphasis on the Southeast and Sun Belt region. Additionally, he focuses on middle market anchored shopping centers and unanchored strip centers.

Prior to Northmarq, Cray was an investment sales advisor with Sands Investment Group in their Charlotte office. There he focused on advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of unanchored strip centers in the Southeast. In addition, Cray assisted with underwriting new deals and the creation of marketing materials.

Cray graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in economics along with a minor in business analytics from Leeds School of Business. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina.
