Brian Ritchie

Brian Ritchie is an associate broker in Northmarq’s Tampa, Florida office, where he joined in 2023. Brian’s focus includes the acquisition and disposition of net leased industrial properties across the country. Prior to Northmarq, Brian served as a partner at Avocat Group for 15 years where he specialized in representing office and industrial tenants. 

Brian holds a B.S. in real estate and finance from Florida State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his three children’s sports teams.
