Alex Kane

Alex Kane is a senior vice president based in Northmarq’s Newport Beach office, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He has successfully closed more than $3 billion in transactions across all major asset classes. Alex specializes in the origination, structuring, and negotiation of all debt and equity products, providing strategic capital advisory to a wide range of clients.

Before joining Northmarq, Alex was a director in the Capital Markets Finance Group at JLL in Los Angeles. His background also includes key roles at CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Group, Jupiter Holdings LLC, and Lyon Living, where he honed his expertise in capital markets and real estate investment.

Alex received his B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a member of NAIOP, Urban Land Institute and Mortgage Banking Association of America.
