Three Northmarq leaders honored as Rising Young Professionals by Finance & Commerce

MINNEAPOLIS (Oct. 16, 2025) — Northmarq is proud to announce that three of our outstanding team members — Elizabeth Christopherson, Victoria Hagen and Emily Worthen — have been named 2025 Rising Young Professionals by Finance & Commerce.

This annual recognition celebrates emerging leaders across Minnesota’s business community who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation and community impact early in their careers.

Elizabeth Christopherson

Senior Debt + Equity Operations Partner

Elizabeth Christopherson has consistently driven innovation and operational excellence across Northmarq’s Servicing Operations and Debt + Equity Operations teams. She built an internal Loan Surveillance team from the ground up to better serve clients and lenders, delivering cost savings and strategic resource reallocation. Currently, her role in Debt + Equity Operations requires leadership through project management, influence and cross-functional collaboration.

Her leadership style, marked by curiosity, emotional intelligence and collaboration, has inspired a culture of continuous improvement. Christopherson also developed and led Northmarq’s Servicing Operations Internship Program from 2022 to 2024 and supported mentees through the Servicing Operations Mentorship Program.

Victoria Hagen 

Compliance & Administrative Support Manager – Loan Operations

Victoria Hagen leads Northmarq’s Servicing Compliance team, where she has transformed the group into a high-performing unit focused on lender compliance. Her leadership, influence and dedication to excellence foster high quality work and meaningful collaboration across the organization. 

Known for her integrity and adaptability, Hagen has held three distinct leadership roles within Operations. She is also deeply committed to community service, volunteering regularly with organizations such as Special Olympics, Feed My Starving Children and Second Harvest Heartland. Her mentorship efforts extend to company programs and ongoing support for former interns.

Emily Worthen

Vice President, Senior Manager – Operations

Emily Worthen’s career at Northmarq began as an intern in 2016 and quickly accelerated through multiple leadership roles. She has led teams supporting life insurance clients, investor reporting and accounting, and played a key role in major initiatives such as platform migrations and the launch of Lender Gateway.

Her calm presence, strategic thinking and effective communication have earned her multiple internal awards, including the Excellence in Servicing and Northmarq Champions Awards. Worthen also gives back through mentoring, church leadership and volunteer work, including supporting students at her alma mater, Bethel University.
