MINNEAPOLIS (Sept. 3, 2026) — GlobeSt. has once again named Northmarq a 2026 influencer in Industrial Real Estate, recognizing the firm for its leadership, innovation and impact within the industrial real estate sector.

Northmarq provides integrated industrial investment sales, debt and equity financing, research and advisory services to investors, developers and owner-users nationwide. Through its national platform and local market expertise, the firm helps clients make informed decisions throughout the lifecycle of an industrial asset.

To date, the firm has closed more than 1,200 industrial transactions, totaling more than $12 billion in sales volume.

As demand for industrial real estate continues to evolve, Northmarq has established itself as a leader in emerging industrial property types, including industrial outdoor storage (IOS). Industrial remains a core focus for Northmarq, with capabilities spanning acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks and 1031 exchanges across a wide range of property types, including bulk distribution facilities, last-mile logistics centers, manufacturing properties, cold storage facilities and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets.

Northmarq also equips investors with actionable market intelligence through its quarterly single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial reports, providing insights into supply, demand, rent growth and capital market trends. These reports are widely utilized by investors, lenders and developers to support acquisition, disposition and portfolio strategies nationwide.

Over the last three years, the firm completed 179 industrial investment sales transactions totaling more than $1.6 billion. Notable transactions include:
