About

Taylor Snoddy joined Northmarq in late 2018 to help the company build its Investment Sales platform across the country, bringing his team of experienced brokers, analysts and transaction managers. In each year with Northmarq, he has consistently topped the leaderboard for production volume, finishing each of the last three years as Northmarq's top salesperson, on pace to finish 2021 with $4 billion in sales.

Taylor's transaction volume in just the past five years, with sales occurring in every major submarket of Dallas-Fort Worth, is nearly 10% of DFW’s total apartment market, averaging a closing every four business days. His team is comprised of the market's leading talent, a team of ten who market, analyze and sell commercial multifamily properties primarily in and around DFW to buyers from Texas and beyond.

Prior to Northmarq, Taylor was principal and managing director for Transwestern and sat on the board of directors. Before he left, Taylor was the firm’s national top producer across all product types for the previous three years and top producer for the central region the previous five years. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Taylor resides in University Park with his wife Tori and their two children, Lane and Graham.
