Jason Nettles

Jason Nettles joined Northmarq in 2019 to help build the company’s investment sales platform across the Southeast United States. Leveraging his substantial expertise in multifamily asset transactions, Jason provides valuable guidance to clients on capitalization and disposition decisions. With over two decades of experience in multifamily transactions and a track record of overseeing transactions totaling more than $10 billion, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge to his role.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Jason spent 15 years with HFF, where he specialized in multifamily investments, investment advisory and equity placement.

Jason has an MBA in finance from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Science in real estate and entrepreneurship from Florida State University. He maintains broker licenses in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Jason is an active volunteer for the Atlanta Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity in the Atlanta community.
