Northmarq welcomes Jack Konas, vice president, to Atlanta office

Northmarq’s Atlanta Multifamily Investment Sales team has announced the addition of Jack Konas as vice president. Konas will advise institutional and private capital clients on their multifamily holdings across the Southeast. 

Konas will report to Jason Nettles, managing director in Northmarq’s Atlanta office, and work in collaboration with the Atlanta Debt + Equity team.

“I am thrilled to join Northmarq’s Atlanta office and look forward to leveraging Northmarq’s culture, regional partners and best-in-class resources to serve my clients,” said Konas. 

Before Northmarq, Konas serves as vice president of Development for a privately owned multifamily development firm, Worthing, where he oversaw all aspects of the development process. There, he managed the lease-up and closing of over 2,300 units. Prior to Worthing, Konas was an associate at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. 

“We are excited to welcome Konas back to our team and continue the growth of our Atlanta office,” said Nettles. “Our clients will benefit from the development experience Konas brings to our office.”

Konas holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Auburn University and is actively involved in the Atlanta commercial real estate community. He has served as a board member and president of the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP) Atlanta chapter.
