DALLAS, TEXAS (April 24, 2023) — Northmarq’s Dallas investment sales team of Taylor Snoddy, Eric Stockley, Charles Hubbard and Philip Wiegand collaborated to arrange the sale of Wyndham on the Creek. The 150-unit multifamily property, built in 1984, is located at 9633 W Ferris Branch Boulevard in Dallas, Texas.
