Northmarq arranges sale of Woodstock Crossing, a grocery-anchored shopping center near Atlanta, GA
WOODSTOCK, Ga. — Northmarq’s Atlanta Commercial Investment Sales team led by Margaret Caldwell and Mark Brourman successfully completed the sale of Woodstock Crossing, a multi-tenant shopping center located at 12050 Highway 92 in Woodstock, Georgia.
Northmarq, one of commercial real estate’s leading investment sales firms, exclusively represented the seller. The buyer was undisclosed.

Sitting on 7.49 acres at the intersection of GA Hwy 92 and Trickum Road, the shopping center is anchored by Kroger and was 96% leased at the time of the sale. It features a strategic tenant mix of service-oriented retailers providing synergy and cross shopping opportunities.
Woodstock Crossing sits 28 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta. The property boasts a location with approximately 67,000 residents within a three-mile radius and is heavily trafficked, with approximately a combined 80,000 vehicles passing its intersection per day.
