Senior Vice President Benjamin Davis of Northmarq’s Tulsa Multifamily Investment Sales team successfully brokered the $15.5 million sale of The Woods at 79th apartments. Built in 1970, the multifamily community features 206 units and is located at 1563 S. 79th E. Ave. in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
