NorthMarq Capital arranges $7.5 million for Wisteria Gardens in Newnan, Georgia

ATLANTA (December 11, 2018) – Wanda Riggs Mack and Randy Wolfe of NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta regional office, arranged $7,500,000 in financing for Wisteria Gardens, a 120-unit senior affordable multifamily property located in Newnan, Georgia. The transaction was structured with a 16-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule and provided funding to pay off the construction lender. NorthMarq arranged TAH financing for the borrower through its seller/servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
