OMAHA, NEBRASKA (January 31, 2022) – John Reed, senior vice president/managing director of Northmarq’s Omaha-based regional office, arranged the $9.75 million refinancing of Williamsburg Office. The six-building/108,874 sq. ft. suburban multiple story office properties are located at 3 400 Plantation, 3701 Union Drive, 5733 S 34th St, 3801 Union Drive, 5715 S 34th, 5757 S 34th St, and 3855 Village Drive in Lincoln, Nebraska. The transaction was structured with a fully-amortizing 20-year term. Northmarq secured the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
