PHOENIX – NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix regional office arranged acquisition financing of $4.15 million for a 904,698 sq. ft. ground lease located at 702, 710, 730, 750, 920 and 928 West Camelback Road in Phoenix, Arizona. The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 20-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
