DENVER — Northmarq’s Denver Debt + Equity team led by David Link successfully arranged the $18 million refinance of Warehouse Central, a 325,858-sq.-ft. office warehouse property located at the intersection of W. 4th Ave., Bryant St. and W. 5th Ave. in Denver, Colorado.
Northmarq arranged the permanent-fixed financing on behalf of the borrower through a life insurance company represented by the Denver office.
Built in 1985, Warehouse Central is a multi-tenant facility that features a fenced yard, parking, and dock loading access. Its location boasts nearby access to both Interstate 25 and 6th Avenue.
