Northmarq arranges $6.44 million sale of 50-unit townhome community in Gallatin, TN

GALLATIN, Tenn. — Northmarq’s Nashville-based Investment Sales team led by Jordan Arand successfully arranged the $6.44 million sale of Vinewood Townhomes, a 50-unit townhome community located at 700 Dreamers Private Lane in Gallatin, Tennessee.
Northmarq represented the seller, Lennar Homes LLC. The buyer was BTR Vinewood Owner, LLC.

Built in 2026, the community features 50 two-story units with modern finishes. Floor plans include two- and three-bedroom layouts with two-car attached garages, open-concept kitchens, private patios, stainless steel appliances and vinyl flooring.
The property is situated near Nashville Pike, offering convenient access to Gallatin’s historic square, Old Hickory Lake and downtown Nashville. Vinewood Townhomes also benefits from proximity to nearby schools, including Howard Elementary School, Rucker Stewart Middle School and Gallatin Senior High School.
