Northmarq completes $6,084,000 construction loan for Village of Golf Commerce Park – Phase I in Boynton Beach, Florida

MIAMI LAKES, FLORIDA (June 8, 2022) – Northmarq’s Miami Lakes debt/equity office negotiated a $6,084,000 construction loan for Village of Golf Commerce Park – Phase I, located at the SE corner of Military Trail and Woolbright Road in Boynton Beach, Florida. The industrial flex/warehouse/storage yard property consists of 17 acres located within a much larger master planned development encompassing ~36 acres (19 acres of retail being developed by Stiles Corporation).  Village of Golf Commerce Park will encompass three industrial flex buildings and four warehouses with outdoor storage areas totaling 100,358 sq. ft. of net rentable area and a 100,000 sq. ft. self-storage facility.

The construction loan was arranged with a 1-12 month extension period (mini-perm option) and structured with a 3-year interest-only term. Northmarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a commercial bank.
