Northmarq’s Multifamily Investment Sales team completes $4.8M sale of Valere apartments in Clarksville, TN
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. — Northmarq’s Nashville Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Jordan Arand, Adam Klenk, Austin Heithcock, Blake Wiser and Quentin Nichols successfully completed the $4.8 million sale of Valere, a 48-unit garden apartment multifamily community located at 130 Jack Miller Blvd. in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Northmarq represented the seller, Fireside Strategies. The buyer was a private capital group from Tennessee.
