CINCINNATI (November 9, 2015) – Noah D. Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office arranged the $2.25 million refinance of University Hilltop Apartments, an 84-unit multifamily property located at 590-600 W. Fifth Street in Chillicothe, Ohio. The non-recourse transaction was structured with a fixed rate for the fully amortizing 20-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
