HOUSTON, TEXAS (January 17, 2023) — Matt Franke, senior vice president, and Michael Borden, vice president of Northmarq’s Houston debt/equity team, arranged refinancing of Town Creek Storage. The 251-unit single-story self-storage property (built in 2017) is located at 22852 Highway 105 West in Montgomery, Texas. The transaction was structured with 5-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. Northmarq secured the permanent-fixed rate loan for the borrower through its relationship with an investment firm.
