ST. LOUIS (March 15, 2016) – David B. Garfinkel, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s St. Louis based regional office secured the $2.8 million refinance of Toronto and Parcade Apartments, two multifamily properties consisting of 84-units and located at 4394 and 4398 West Pine Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri. The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 15-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
