NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office negotiates $7.882 million refinance of 120-unit multifamily property in Kettering, Ohio

CINCINNATI (November 9, 2015) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office finalized the $7.882 million refinance of Thirty43 by the Greene, a 120-unit multifamily property located at 3043 Fountain Circle in Kettering, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule.

NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower, PLK Communities LLC, through its Fannie Mae DUS program. “Susan and her team at NorthMarq were very responsive and they exceeded our expectations,” said Matt Weis, CFO of PLK Communities LLC.

The property was recently the recipient of a multi-million renovation and is within walking distance to The Greene and Kettering Recreation Center, restaurants, shopping and offers quick access to major roadways. Apartment amenities include: dramatic interior staircases in select apartments, efficient appliances, exposed brick interior, exposed wood beam ceilings, hardwood floors, high ceilings and oversized private decks/patios.
