NorthMarq Capital arranges $6.69 million refinance of the Ranch at Bear Creek

DENVER (April 28, 2014) – John M. Stewart, senior vice president and Sean Wiseman, investment analyst arranged the $6.69 million refinance of The Ranch at Bear Creek, a 201-unit multifamily property consisting of 36 buildings located at 3324 South Field Street, Lakewood, Colorado. The transaction was structured with an 8-year term and 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower, Aukum, by NorthMarq through its seller/servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.

Units feature open floor plans with central heating/air conditioning, large walk-in closets, private-fenced patio or balcony, full-size washer/dryer hookups, fireplace in select units, as well as secure outside storage units. Amenities include two large outdoor pools, a clubhouse, two playground areas and common laundry facilities. Jason Fuchs, president and managing director, handled the refinance for Aukum Management, LLC.
