PHOENIX – NorthMarq Capital's Phoenix-based regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $1.825 million Sunset Vista Apartments, a 104-unit, market-rate multifamily property located at 5909 East Golf Links Road in Tucson, Arizona. Financing was based on 10-year term and a 30-year amortization period. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower, Sunset Vista Investors, LLC, through its relationship with a Fannie Mae lender. “This refinance through the small balance loan program of Fannie Mae allowed the borrower to lock in a great long-term rate and greatly reduce closing costs,” Kinser said.
