Northmarq’s Fresno office completes $10.95M sale of Sunset Sands Apartments

FRESNO, Calif. — Northmarq’s Fresno-based Investment Sales team led by Robin Kane and Brendan Kane brokered the $10.95 million sale of Sunset Sands Apartments, a 96-unit multifamily community located at 4585 E. McKinley Avenue in Fresno, California. The garden-style apartments were built in 1974.
Northmarq represented the seller, XLNT Sunset Sands LP. The buyer was SRI Cedar LLC.
“The property presented several challenges, including the rebuilding and re-leasing of a number of units due to a fire,” said Robin Kane. “This sale marks the largest transaction in the local market to date and serves as a strong benchmark for Frenso’s investment activity in 2026.”
