NorthMarq Capital arranges $6.7 million in construction financing for St. Michael’s Apartments in Greeley, Colorado

DENVER (July 13, 2015) – NorthMarq Capital’s Denver office arranged construction financing of $6.7 million for the to-be-built St. Michael’s Apartments to be located at 6750 West 29th Street in Greeley, Colorado. The community will consist of 57 residential units contained in two, three-story buildings. Property amenities include a business center, detached garage parking along with access to a community pool and playground within the St. Michael’s subdivision. Unit amenities will feature fully-equipped kitchens, full-size washer/dryers, walk-in closets, high speed internet access, as well as balconies and/or patios with storage. Paul Bruder, senior vice president and Jeff DeHarty, associate producer arranged the financing for the borrower.
